The other day, whilst driving home from said day job, I realized that I had a plot hole in my murder mystery that I had to fill. Previously, I'd been working up backstory and motive for the killer, and thinking on how to improve the investigation in the story. This particular hole could make things more complicated, and hence, more interesting. So long as I don't clutter up my main plot, the more complex the better. I love twisty mysteries.
We just came off of a weekend of Spring-like weather, and it actually rained at some point last night. I want to be outside, but the clouds are kinda depressing and the wind is cold. I'm waiting for sunshine and the cessation of mud, so I can ride my bicycle and enjoy fresh air. The house is stale and full of winter's boredom.
I'm going to see if I can make sense of my plot lines and make some headway with this mystery. Still a lot of plot weaving to do, but it's coming along.
